    Description

    We are pleased to offer a large and handsome silverplated hollow handle serving fork in Chinon from Christofle.  The design has a classic look;  it was introduced in 1862.  It's an impressive serving piece.
    Condition:
    Very good - no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows - just some scratches on the back of the handle (see photo).  There are no monograms and the pattern is crisp and well defined.  Tines are straight, pointed and sharp.  The piece is marked both on the handle and on the face of the fork.
